Order Placement and Confirmation

To place an order:

1. Select products and add them to your cart.
2. Review your cart contents.
3. Provide personal details.
4. Choose your pickup date and time.
5. Add remarks and select a payment method.
6. Accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
7. Confirm your order.
8. Complete payment.

Before confirming, ensure all order details are correct. Once payment is made, the order is final. The vendor will confirm the order via email. Orders may be canceled if payment issues arise or if a prior dispute exists.

Product Information Images are for illustration purposes. All cakes must be refrigerated at 2°C - 6°C.

Payment (Secure Transactions) Payments are processed via iPay88. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others. Your card will be charged upon order confirmation. The vendor is not liable for fraudulent card use.

Refunds and Cancellations Orders can be canceled at least 72 hours before delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp, Call, or Email. Cancellations are subject to approval.

Inspect items upon receipt. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after the delivery date, except in cases with valid proof. If approved, refunds will be issued via a credit voucher valid for 3 months.

Product Availability Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable, the vendor will inform you and refund the amount within 30 days, unless you choose a substitute.

Delivery A delivery charge applies. Orders are delivered by a third-party service. Ensure your delivery details are correct. The vendor is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information or absence at delivery.
